Do I have to go ahead with DovaLabs afterwards?
No. The SOPs and process maps are yours to keep, full stop. Plenty of businesses take what we deliver to their existing team and implement internally. That's a perfectly good outcome for us, and it's why we deliberately price the discovery low.
What if you tell us we don't need automation?
Then we say so. We've handed over more than one report that started with "don't automate, tighten this first." It's still a $499 deliverable, and the SOPs and process maps you walk away with are useful no matter what you do next.
