It starts with a free 60-minute discovery call so we can qualify fit. If there's enough repeatable process to be worth mapping, the AI audit runs over two 90-minute sessions - three hours of focused work - for a flat $499. The SOPs and process maps land within two weeks.
Do I have to go ahead with DovaLabs afterwards?
No. The SOPs and process maps from the audit are yours to keep, full stop. Plenty of businesses take what we deliver to their existing team and implement internally. That's a perfectly good outcome for us, and it's why the discovery call is free and the audit is deliberately priced low.
What if you tell us we don't need automation?
Then we say so, sometimes on the free discovery call itself, at no cost. If we do run the audit, you still walk away with SOPs and process maps that are useful no matter what you do next.
